7. San Diego Chargers (via MIA)

WR. Clemson. Mike Williams . 7. player. 13. Their trade to acquire Parker was a step in the right direction but with the injury status of Keenan Allen, the San Diego Chargers would be very smart if they continued to stockpile at that position. Especially if they have no plans to find a replacement for Philip Rivers. That means their number one job is to ensure their aging quarterback has every possible weapon and advantage they can acquire for him. Another talented receiver can’t hurt.
Mike Williams would already be considered a top 10 pick this year had he been able to play in 2015. Unfortunately a freak neck injury forced him to miss the season. He’s healthy now though and ready to show why he’s the best receiver in the class. Aside from being an inviting 6’3″ target, he’s got a strong pair of hands and good leaping ability to go up and get the football. To top it off there is a enough speed to his game where he can threaten defenses deep.
