29. Carolina Panthers

87. Another matchup with the Broncos, another reminder that the Carolina Panthers are average at best in their tackle positions. Mike Remmers and Michael Oher remain serviceable but there is no denying they are the biggest weakness on an otherwise talented offense. Cam Newton has taken way too many hits as result of their blocking, so the time is approaching where GM Dave Gettleman has to consider replacement options.
Many felt Adam Bisnowaty would’ve been a 1st round lock in 2016 but he chose to return to school. He’s already a technically-developed blocker with the mix of size, length and fundamentals that make him an able pass protector. He’s also a force in the ground game, opening up holes for the running backs. While he may not have quite the upside of others in the class, he will likely be the most ready to play. Dependability means a lot to the Panthers at this point.
. OT. Pitt. Adam Bisnowaty . 29. player
