11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (via IND)

There was little doubt that if he was able to mature from his time at Florida State that Jameis Winston would become a top quarterback in NFL. He’s proving everybody right with a strong start to 2016. Helping him along the way are a pair of dynamite receivers in Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans. Few doubt Evans is a big part of the future, but how much longer does Jackson have. He’s 33-years old and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers really don’t have anybody waiting in the wings who is capable of replacing him.
The 2017 draft might be the most opportune time to do so. Some good options will be available and JuJu Smith-Schuster could be right at the top. At 6’2″ he boasts solid size for the position and is a willing blocker. What sets him apart though is when he’s got the ball in his hands. He has the speed, quickness and agility of a return man, able to make defenders miss without losing stride. Throw in the vertical threat that goes with it and one can imagine how good he’s look across from Evans.
. WR. USC. JuJu Smith-Schuster . 11. player. 48
