La’el Collins (Dallas Cowboys)

There is no doubt that the most loaded offensive line in the NFL belongs to the Dallas Cowboys. Of course it starts with Tyronn Smith. Outside of the indomitable Joe Thomas in Cleveland, he is the best left tackle in pro football and it’s not really up for debate. Then there is Zack Thomas, the athletic, physical and nasty right guard who was a star from day one. Of course one can’t forget center Travis Frederick who has reached two Pro Bowls and just inked a major long-term extension.

The star power is pretty remarkable, so it’s scary to think they have even more ready to take that next step. Dallas caught a lucky break when they were able to lure in La’el Collins as an undrafted free agent. Prior to an incident involving his ex-girlfriend, there was no doubt he was a 1st round lock. Now he’s the starting left guard for the Cowboys and showed plenty of flashes of his potential as a rookie last season. With Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Romo likely to make him look good, he could become the fourth member of that front to reach Orlando. An unprecedented feat.
