Mike Evans (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)

It’s the obvious choice. After all Mike Evans came very close to reach the Pro Bowl last year. He posted over 1,200 yards receiver despite catching his passes from a rookie quarterback. The one reason he didn’t make it was the touchdowns. Scoring just three times looks weak in the voting process. One can bet it’s something he and Jameis Winston are working on for this year. Being the 6’5″ giant he is, odds say he’ll figure it out and be snagging rebounds in the end zone plenty of times.

That being said, it was quite difficult to not put Kwon Alexander on this list. People don’t recognize how well the outside linebacker played last season. He finished with 93 tackles, two forced fumbles, two interceptions, and three sacks. Tremendous numbers for a rookie, especially when one hears he did it in just 12 games. The kid is a natural playmaker and should have an improved defensive line in front him this season. Evans certainly has some competition.
