Week 15 vs. Green Bay Packers

As if there was any doubt. In the interests of this list only one Green Bay Packers game was chosen but everybody might as well throw both in here. Time has shown the only way the Chicago Bears get anywhere in the NFC North is through their long-time rival. There were signs of life last year. It’s still a source of great entertainment for fans watching reruns of that wet Thanksgiving night where the Bears ruined the celebration of Brett Favre’s career by handing his former team a shocking 17-13 defeat at Lambeau Field.

That was step one. Next on the agenda is ending what is arguably the most embarrassing streak currently in progress for the Bears. They have not beaten the Packers at Soldier Field since 2010. Repeat. It has been six years since Chicago fans saw their team beat Green Bay at home. It’s something that perfectly encapsulates the how far the Bears have fallen from the contender they used to be. There is no question if they show they can beat a good team at home in December (where they’ve had so much trouble winning) then it will be clear how much better they’ve become.
