5. Tennessee Titans

35. With what appears to be three talented young quarterbacks at the helm of their rivals, the Tennessee Titans know they can’t afford to spend lightly on their defense. It’s a solid group with a number of good pieces but that won’t be enough. Every chance they get to add a difference-maker, they have to take it. Putting another disruptive body up front with Jurrell Casey would not be a bad move at all.
Malik McDowell emerged in a big way for Michigan State in 2015. Sporting a long 6’6″ frame, he retains a light body mass that allows him to play with speed and quickness. It’s a big reason he became such a handful for blockers as the season wore on. Provided Dick LeBeau allows him to play an up-the-field kind of game, something he’s very good at, then he should be a huge help to the Titans pass rush. If he adds a bit more weight and improves his discipline, there is no doubting the possibilities.
. DT. Michigan State. Malik McDowell . 5. player
