New York Giants

Football Outsiders ranked the New York Giants the 19th-best rushing offense in 2015. They did little to improve on that in the offseason, with Paul Perkins out of UCLA being the only key addition.

Rashad Jennings and Shane Vereen are penciled in as the top two running backs on Ben McAdoo’s Giants. Neither will give you anything explosive, as they combined for just-over 1,000 rushing yards and just three touchdowns last season.

Karlos Williams had three times as many rushing touchdowns as the Giants top options. He can help and aging Eli Manning move the ball around and get out of high-pressure situations behind a questionable offensive line.

Having Odell Beckham Jr., rookie Sterling Shepard, and Karlos Williams leading the charge on offense helps push the Giants in a horrid NFC East. The division is up for grabs, and Williams gives the Giants another toy to play with going into McAdoo’s first season at the helm.
