Dion Jordan (DE, Miami Dolphins)
"“He has a fresh start with me. Whatever happened in the past is irrelevant. His job is do everything he has been told to do right. That check list is fairly long. This is good fresh start for him, a chance to start his career over.”"
The former #3 overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft has had plenty of time to think lately after being suspended for 2015 due to league policy violations. Not only could this be his last shot with the Miami Dolphins, but the young pass rusher admitted his entire football life may be on the line as well. He’s not wrong. Jordan has zero credibility going for him. Even before his suspension he wasn’t a very good player on the field (3 sacks in 26 games). There is no doubting he’s still young and a special talent, but until the light switches on he’ll never be more than that. Adam Gase and the new coaching staff are his last hope.
