Los Angeles Rams: RB Todd Gurley will lead the league in rushing yards

Gurley is the next big thing at running back. Not just for the Rams but for the entire league as well. Gurley entered the league in the 2015 draft after going 10th overall to the Rams and didn’t see action until Week 3 because of his torn ACL suffered during his last season at the University of Georgia.

Gurley hit the ground running in Week 4 against the Cardinals by rushing for 146 yards and even though he hit a snag midseason, Gurley still finished with 1,106 yards, good for 3rd in the league, and 10 touchdowns. Gurley even led the league with the most 40+ yard runs with five.

An impressive feat for the talented back who only rushed for over 100 yards in five of the 13 games played.

Many defenses will be gunning for Gurley in year two but that may not be a constant occurrence with the strong armed Jared Goff warding off defenders. Look for Gurley to be a mega-star in 2016.
