Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Offense will be top 10 in passing and scoring

Expect an offensive juggernaut in Tampa this season.

More from NFL Mocks

Leading that charge will be second-year quarterback Jameis Winston, who tossed for 4,042 yards and 22 touchdowns in his 2015 initial season. Even with his solid rookie season, the offense ranked 17th in passing (240.8) and 20th in scoring (21.4). Luckily for Winston, the offense received tremendous help from 2015 Pro Bowl running back Doug Martin who chipped in with 1,402 yards and six touchdowns.

Something interesting of note was the hire of Dirk Koetter as head coach for the Bucs as Koetter was the offensive coordinator. Winston now has a second year in the system, a big body receiver in Mike Evans (74-1,206-3), a sleeper at tight end in Austin Seferian-Jenkins (21-338-4), a revitalized running game with Martin and backup Charles Sims, and most importantly, an improved offensive line who only allowed 27 sacks last season. The Bucs may be producing fireworks in 2016.
