NFC West: Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks should reclaim their division title this season.  One of the more talented and complete teams in the league, Seattle added playmakers during the offseason to address their weak points.

Last season, Thomas Rawls stepped up for Marshawn Lynch in a big way.  With Lynch’s retirement (which may or may not stand), Seattle drafted a pair of athletic running backs in C.J. Prosise and Alex Collins to compete with Rawls and add depth to the backfield.  With a shored up run game, Seattle will be a forceful offense.

The Seahawks’ defense remains a point of pride, with the Legion of Boom ranking among the top of the NFL in 2015.  They play in a tough division, with the Cardinals surging last season and the Los Angeles Rams making moves as well.  The Seahawks should be on top again next year, though they will probably be in a very tight race with Arizona for most of the season.
