Arm Strength: Jay Cutler
There are plenty of candidates for this category but anybody who has watched Jay Cutler the past 10 years can clearly see he is a gifted arm talent. However, arm strength doesn’t just denote the ability to throw a football a long way, which Cutler can most definitely do. It must also encompass the ability to throw it a long way with accuracy. Cutler has shown, when he has the receivers to actually go deep, that he can hit them down the field with precision and in stride.
Once upon a time, Jay Cutler made the greatest throw in NFL history. I remember it: https://t.co/UdQQSnPpr0 pic.twitter.com/d0Qp9qODZO

It’s little wonder the Bears announced recently that they plan to let him throw deep far more often than they did in 2015. The simple reason is because he can.
