C.J. Prosise: Thomas Rawls stepped in for Marshawn Lynch last season and did a solid job as Seattle’s lead running back.  But the Seahawks must be looking for more, as they selected both C.J. Prosise and Alex Collins in the mid rounds of this year’s draft.

Prosise is a multi-dimensional back, excelling in third downs and receiving options.  He has the potential to flex for Seattle, and should develop into a key piece of their offense.

Bottom Line: Particularly in PPR leagues, Prosise holds late-round value.  He can contribute as both a wide receiver and a running back, and could really open up the Seahawks’ offense.  Prosise is worth keeping an eye on as OTAs and preseason develop, and could be a steal in the later rounds of your fantasy draft.

Tyler Ervin: Houston added Tyler Ervin to their running back crew, joining new addition Lamar Miller and sophomore Alfred Blue.  Ervin is a multi-dimensional player, who can potentially contribute on both fronts of the offense.

Bottom Line: Ervin will have to beat out Blue as the number two back in Houston to have real fantasy value.  He has the potential to put up points in PPR leagues if the Texans choose to use him as a receiving option as well.  Either way, he is a player to watch at OTAs and preseason progress.
