
The 2015 season started off with the spotlight shining brightly on the team out of Miami Gardens and rightfully so. Signing DT Ndamukong Suh to team with DE Cameron Wake will also having an improving QB Ryan Tannehill on board had the fan base buzzing as did the football analysts/writers.
What ensued was a 6-10 season which saw former head coach Joe Philbin fired, interim head coach Dan Campbell rile up the team to only be waved goodbye at season’s end, and the team handed over to a 38-year-old head coach in Adam Gase.
As the 2016 season approach, there is, once again, buzz surrounding the team. Drafting the best offensive lineman in the draft in Laremy Tunsil, signing DE Mario Williams via free agency, trading for LB Kiko Alonso and CB Byron Maxwell, as well as having an emerging receiver in DeVante Parker has given life to possibility of the Dolphins actually being playoff contenders.
