BAYLOR. ANDREW BILLINGS. B. <p>Billings had 107 total tackles, 30 for loss and 8.5 sacks in three seasons with Baylor. The 2016 First-Team All-America selection holds a Texas state record in power-lifting with 2,010 total pounds (805 pound squat, 705 pound dead lift, 500 pound bench). Billings joins a Cincinnati squad who was already towards the top of the league in sacks last season with 42.
