A-. <p>Vigil is a multi-positional linebacker who received back-to-back first-Team All-Mountain West selections. He had a break-out sophomore season when he recorded 138 tackles, 18 of which were for a loss. That performance was backed-up the following season where he had 144 tackles, with 13 being for a loss. Cincinnati hopes to pick-up a consistent linebacker in Vigil to be available to play alongside Vincent Rey, Rey Maualuga and Vontaze Burfict.</p> <p>Vigil also scored three rushing touchdowns as a running back at Utah State.</p> <p>The 6’2″, 245 pound linebacker was the only player in the nation to record at least nine tackles in every regular season game last season.</p>.
