B-. Ryan Smith his a decent athlete and is not afraid to get physical.  He gets a nice jam at the line of scrimmage and is a very good one on one tackler.  Smith also has good footwork to pair with the ball skills that make him a very good cover corner.  What makes Smith very exciting for the Bucs is his ability as a kick returner.  He averaged 28.1 yards per return and has a great chance to win the job as the full time return man. <p style=. . . RYAN SMITH
