. . NOAH SPENCE. A-. Spence is an excellent pass rusher, arguably the best in this class. Whether he is standing up as an outside linebacker or playing with his hand in the dirt this kid just gets after the quarterback. He is explosive off the snap and has great balance around the edge. He could still develop some more pass rush moves, but he does have an excellent rip move that is a nightmare to try to block.

Spence has well documented off the field question marks about his history with drug use. He was thrown off the Ohio State and went to rehab for his addiction. It seems like this was the wake up call he needed because he seems to have changed his life and has had no issues over the last year while with Eastern Kentucky. If his drug history is truly behind him then this is a great talent that the Bucs added to their defensive end rotation. Expect him to start, if not from day one then sooner rather than later.
