Baltimore Ravens: 2016 NFL Draft Grades
It seems like every season somehow or some way, Baltimore Ravens’ General Manager Ozzie Newsome finds a way to turn the worst of a situation into a way of benefiting the team and their future. In the off-season, the signings of Eric Weddle, Benjamin Watson, and Mike Wallace should have excited some because of the talent and leadership (maybe not all) brings along with them but this isn’t where the team should have stopped in collecting talent.
The Ravens had an eleven draft picks to help bring in the wave of new and younger players. Many of those rookies will see valuable playing time and should help build a cornerstone part of their new look. After a horrendous 2015 season, Newsome has started the gears of rebuilding the once dominant team that rules the AFC North.
