2016 NFL Draft: Sifting Through Last-Minute Rumors

After months of impatiently waiting, the 2016 NFL Draft is finally here. Tonight 31 players will come off the board and 222 more will be selected over the course of seven rounds.

The first two picks appear to be set in stone as the Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles gave up a combined 11 picks to move up to their current slots. Quarterbacks Jared Goff and Carson Wentz are the likely selections.

After those two are selected, the fun begins. The San Diego Chargers have been linked to several different prospects and the draft could go in multiple directions once the Chargers officially make their pick. With so many truths and smokescreens being leaked over the past few days, here’s a look at some of the rumors.
