Weaknesses:
Holton needs improvement as a route-runner to become a more versatile player.
He is a one-dimensional receiving threat and doesn’t have the strongest hands.  His build leaves something to be desired for his skill set.
Projection:
With a fair amount of raw, physical talent, Holton could peak the interest of an NFL team. Â His speed is impressive, particularly in stop-and-go situations.
Holton has the potential to contribute to both an offense and special teams, but would be a project receiver in need of serious development.
