7. Cleveland Browns (via SF)

53. This pick may surprise a lot of people, but it shouldn’t. The Cleveland Browns pass rusher was terrible in 2015 and it’s been a primary reason why the unit can’t stop anybody. Barkevious Mingo was a colossal bust and Paul Kruger was never a legitimate #1 guy off the edge. This team needs somebody who can go out every year and get them 10 sacks.

Who better to do it than a homegrown talent in Joey Bosa, who gets to stay in Ohio and help rebuild the organization. Some aren’t thrilled with Bosa’s overall explosion, but that was never his strength as a pass rusher. His power, length, quickness and violent hands were. He beats blockers with technique mixed with just enough athleticism and strength. Maybe not a premier Von Miller-type, but a guy who will demand the attention of blockers and freeing up opportunities for teammates.
. DE. Ohio State. Joey Bosa . 7. player
