THE DREAM DRAFT

Just how it sounds.  This would be the draft that every Chicago Bears fan would celebrate for a solid week.  It meets every roster need with a top talent who might drop to their respective slots but will in all likelihood go earlier.  Crazy things happen though, so  one can hold out hope this somehow comes true.

player. 57. Ideal 3-4 defensive end with the power to stop the run and the explosion and length to generate a consistent pass rush.. DE. Oregon. DeForest Buckner . 11

Houston. Williams Jackson III . 41. player. 57. Confident cornerback with great ball skills who can match up with any receiver thanks to his size, athleticism and speed.. CB

57. Lack of speed totally overlooks what makes him great.  He’s big, athletic  and can deliver some ferocious hits.  Prototypical strong safety who won’t get burned in coverage.. S. Florida. Keanu Neal . 72. player

QB. Penn State. Christian Hackenberg . 106. player. 57. The most gifted quarterback in college football as a freshman but was poorly managed after a coaching change.  Can become great if he regains his confidence and precision.
