<p>Many in the draft community agree that among the entire 2016 class, Kevin Hogan of Stanford might be the most pro-ready prospect. He’s got size, mobility and a keen understanding of the details such as reading defenses and playing from under center. His problems are mechanical. He has a slow and awkward delivery and struggled with accuracy on the deeper throws due to marginal arm strength.
