With their front seven revamped and ready for 2016, the Bears turn their attention to upgrading the secondary.  Tracy Porter and Kyle Fuller played well last season, but it was also clear neither was up to the task of covering the best receivers of the opponents they played.  Finding somebody that can would takes loads of pressure off both of them. <p> </p> <p>That is what William Jackson III can do.  The Houston corner has been streaking up draft boards ever since the scouting combine where he posted a blazing 4.37 in the 40-yard dash and displayed the fluid athleticism and 6’0″ frame that made him such a ball hawk in 2015.  A trio of him, Fuller and Porter would make a far more daunting coverage unit to throw against than the 4th-ranked one that finished last season.</p>.
