Mocks Madness: NFL Draft Favorite Player Tournament
Finally, we’ve reached the quarterbacks. I’ve selected the top 16 quarterbacks from this years draft and there are some very interesting battles on this bracket.
- 1. Jared Goff v 16. Jeff Driskel: With the possibility of being the first quarterback drafted this year, Jared Goff should run away with this match up against the Louisiana Tech quarterback Jeff Driskel.
- 8. Kevin Hogan v 9. Brandon Allen: Two project quarterbacks team can take in the sixth round and hope to develop behind a sturdy veteran.
- 4. Paxton Lynch v 13. Brandon Doughty: I myself am not a big Paxton Lynch fan, so I would not be surprised to see a major upset by Brandon Doughty.
- 5. Christian Hackenberg v 12. Nate Sudfeld: Two quarterbacks square off in a battle of the Big 10.
- 2. Carson Wentz v 15. Vernon Adams: The small school prospect Carson Wentz has flown up on draft boards while the Oregon Duck Vernon Adams is trying to remind teams he’s available.
- 7. Dak Prescott v 10. Cardale Jones: Two quarterbacks with big questions surrounding them as they enter this years NFL Draft.
- 3. Connor Cook v 14. Jake Coker: A College Football Playoffs rematch as Connor Cook tries to reclaim his lost stock.
- 6. Jacoby Brissett v 11. Cody Kessler: Two more project quarterback who (with the right coaching) could make a big impact down the road in the NFL.
