NFL Free Agency: Winners and Losers of Day One

With day one of free agency now in the books, the NFL Mocks staff took a look at which teams “won and lost” on the first day of free agency. While I don’t necessarily think you can “win or lose” free agency, some teams clearly come out of it in a better position then they were once in.

Some of the big names to fall off the free agent board today include Olivier Vernon, Bruce Irvin, Brock Osweiler, and Malik Jackson just to name a few.

Jacksonville and Oakland each tried to outspend each other with some of the most cap space this offseason. Both made several high-priced signings that could spell either good or bad news in the long run both on and off the field.
