Few things help a quarterback than receivers who can get yards after the catch, and that is easiest achieved through speed.  Travis Benjamin has plenty to spare and he broke out in 2015 despite a host of issues at QB with the Browns.  They’ll want him there to help along the rookie most assume they will draft at #2.  A deep threat to keep defenses honest makes life easier..
