Oakland Raiders

28. One of the more underrated signings of the past few years was when the Raiders got Donald Penn, who looked like a lost cause in Tampa Bay.  He became quite dependable in helping to protect Derek Carr.  Getting him back to keep that left side of the offensive line stable should be a priority, even if he’s 33 in April.  They can worry about his a replacement in the draft.. Cleveland Browns

53. Few things help a quarterback than receivers who can get yards after the catch, and that is easiest achieved through speed.  Travis Benjamin has plenty to spare and he broke out in 2015 despite a host of issues at QB with the Browns.  They’ll want him there to help along the rookie most assume they will draft at #2.  A deep threat to keep defenses honest makes life easier..
