Jeff Fisher has to know that the only way to decrease the heat on him and his job is to find a way to win enough games to make the playoffs.  Until he finds a quarterback who can help, the defense is his best hope and the core of their success comes through the defensive line.  With Chris Long out, they have depth concerns at end.  Fisher has a history of dealing with notable malcontents and turning them into productive players.  Why can’t he do the same for Greg Hardy? <p> </p> <p>His past transgressions are well known, and the rumors continue to fly about his partying habits in Dallas.  Still, his ability is never in question.  The Rams had success signing Nick Fairley to a one-year “prove it” deal.  Perhaps they could do the same with Hardy.  At least it would provide time to find younger answers.</p>.
