Winning NFL free agency doesn’t always translate to winning Super Bowls.  Still, next to the draft it serves the most important purpose towards building a roster that can.  The 2016 market is shaping up to be a strong one at several positions with a number of quality talents.  Perhaps the biggest surprise is how many intriguing quarterbacks might be available.  Will they look to stay put or seek to change the fortunes of a new franchise?

These are all questions this final mock selective process will attempt to answer.  Suffice to say there will be a few shockers, a few no-brainers and plenty of uniform switching.  When the dust clears, every team will be different.
