He offers them a consession here by adding Germain Ifedi. The Texas A&M lineman has all the physical tools to play inside or outside, but his lack of development would signal his best spot is at guard where his size and quickness allow him to be most effective as a pass protector. A great way to help along the transition would be a massive, powerful nose tackle in the middle teams will struggle to run against. Austin Johnson fits those dimensions coming out of Penn State.
