OG. Kansas State. Cody Whitehair. 23. player. 60.
Play along much of the offensive line for the Minnesota Vikings left a lot to be desired. Among their bigger issues was left guard Brandon Fusco who routinely struggled in pass protection, allowing way too many pressures on Teddy Bridgewater. That must be shored up if the young quarterback is to take the next step in his development.

It may seem a tad early to some for taking a guard, but that is how good Cody Whitehair is. Some have him rated as the third-best offensive lineman in the entire draft. Not only strong, he’s also a great athlete (played tackle as well) with polished fundamentals in his blocking technique. He can play almost anywhere and his ability to move but stand his ground makes it difficult to beat him in pass protection. Plug-and-play starter with a high ceiling.
