This means the Detroit Lions should be even more motivated to improve an offensive line that was sub-par in 2015, especially on the edges in pass protection. Left tackle Riley Reiff would be a much better fit on the right side, so finding somebody to take over his current spot is ideal for them. Jack Conklin could be the answer.</p> <p>He’s not a quick-footed as many coaches might prefer, but the Michigan State standout hasn’t seemed to let that be a big problem. His size and power show up in the run game and he uses intelligence and sound technique to overcome any deficiencies he might have in pass protection.
