It’s here. Super Bowl 50 between the Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos is just hours from kick-off and we have our final staff predictions for tonight’s big game in San Francisco.

Erik: Panthers win 23-17. Cam Newton struggles against that Broncos defense early, but Peyton can’t take advantage as the Panthers defense is able to match. Eventually the younger and healthier Newton takes advantage of a late turnover to put Carolina on top for good with a touchdown to Devin Funchess.

Matt: Who remembers the last time the Broncos were in the Super Bowl? It may not be THAT bad, but somewhere along those lines. Denver has a defense, but Carolina has an everything, and I see them winning in every facet of the game. Final score: 35-10 Carolina

Sayre: Broncos win (He’s a Denver fan)

Shawn: Panthers win 31-17. Cam Newton and Jonathan Stewart lead the offense to a big day on the ground. On defense, Josh Norman seals the deal with a pick six.

Ross: Denver will need to play from ahead in order to win this one. The game stays close early as Denver may break through with a strong run game. Carolina’s offense picks up in the second half and Denver won’t keep up due to Turnovers. Carolina wins 34-24.

Kyle: Broncos win 28-24. Defense holds Cam Newton relatively in check, while Peyton makes enough plays with his arm to bring the Lombardi Trophy back to Denver (Also a Denver fan)

David: Panthers win 24-21 in a game that’s much closer than people think. Cam Newton connects with Ted Ginn late in the 4th to set up the game sealing field goal.

Jon: Broncos defense keeps it close for the first half but Cam Newton and co. will be too much to handle. 27-13 Panthers.

George: My heart wants Peyton Manning to win one last time, but my head says Carolina has an advantage on offense and has a strong enough defense to stay in step with Denver. Carolina wins a close one 27-21 and Cam Newton shows his doubters wrong..
