Five positions Kansas City Chiefs must address in free agency

Re-signing their own guys would be the way to address the position what with Eric Berry, Husain Abdullah and Tyvon Branch all being free agents.  Still, if two out of those three happen to leave for other opportunities then the Chiefs should be compelled to find somebody who can step right in to replace them.

One name that they might want to look to for that, and perhaps begin the process of helping to keep their defense young and strong, is Tony Jefferson.  The 24-year old stepped up for the Arizona Cardinals in the wake of the Tyrann Mathieu injury, providing solid run and pass support.  The key with him is he’s a restricted free agent, so the Cardinals would be free to match any offer another team makes.
