Alabama. Derrick Henry. 30. player. 123. People have already been predicting this move for weeks now. There’s a reason. It makes a ton of sense. The Dallas Cowboys offense was missing a lot last season and that was because star running back DeMarco Murray wasn’t there. He’d been lured away in free agency by Philadelphia. Without his power running compliment, Tony Romo came under more heat and got hurt.
No back in the 2016 would better fit their system and what Murray brought than Alabama star and Heisman winner Derrick Henry. He’s a giant with tree trunks for legs and plenty of power to break tackles. That makes it easy to overlook his sneaky speed
.
