Given the state of their current roster from the rich talent to the fairly young age, the Seattle Seahawks are in that coveted position of a contending team that is free to pursue top individual players they like rather than having to hoard picks in order to stay ahead of age or other breakdowns.  That is the reasoning behind their move up here. <p>The Seahawks may not have a defensive tackle at the top of their needs list but Andrew Billings is not just any defensive tackle.  An abnormally quick powerhouse from Baylor, he has the ability to both anchor in the middle to stop the run but also enough burst to shoot gaps and rush the passer.  Best of all he will only be 20-years old by the time the draft starts.  If he reaches his massive potential, the Seahawks could have him for a long time.</p>.
