There are any number of ways this pick could go.  Quarterback may have been one until Wentz went off the board, so the Dallas Cowboys stick to their original diagram which involved picking the best players available at any of their positions of need.  Linebacker doesn’t rank at the top, but it could use some extra help, and Myles Jack is a tremendous fit for their scheme. <p>The UCLA standout is a gifted player.  He has the athletic capacity to not only play but excel on both offense (running back) and defense (linebacker).  He doesn’t lack for toughness, able to fly around the field making hard hits and solid tackles.  Perhaps his greatest gift though is coverage.  He can drop back with ease to cover running backs, linebackers and even receivers.  A perfect fit for their weakside spot.</p>.
