This may be the least shocking pick of all come draft day.  Johnny Manziel has worn out his welcome.  The Cleveland Browns have a new head coach in Hue Jackson who knows what real quarterbacks look like, which is why the probability is sky high they’ll address that position with their #2 pick. <p>Nearly every scout and expert across the board feels Cal junior Jared Goff is the unchallenged top quarterback.  He’s got the size and arm strength, but what sets him apart are his poise from the pocket and his excellent accuracy from short to deep passes.  There are still some mechanical issues to work on, but he is the most pro-ready prospect there is.</p>.
