No position decides how a draft is going to play out more than the quarterbacks. By all accounts upcoming class has talent, but no slam dunks. Time may change that but how does the current atmosphere impact this latest 2016 NFL mock draft? Much more than one would think.

Joey Bosa. 1. player. 35. This would surprise a lot of people for a number of reasons. Joey Bosa is a defensive end who looks like the ideal fit for a 4-3 end position. The Tennessee Titans run a 3-4. On top of that, he doesn’t fill an immediate need on their roster. So why take him given those circumstances?
He may be the best overall prospect in the class and hold the #1 pick dictates taking that player. Bosa is not narrowed to an end position. He’s a much better athlete than he gets credit for, a tremendous pass rusher who can with in all facets from speed to power. It would be incredible to imagine Dick LeBeau wouldn’t be able to find use for his talents.
.
