Another year, another heartbreaking playoff defeat.  Yet the league marches on.  The Cincinnati Bengals can’t afford to let it leave them behind.  They must continue to keep their roster loaded with young talent if they’re ever going to have a shot at breaking this playoff jinx. <p>A good way to do that is by giving Geno Atkins a wing man on the defensive front.  Domata Peko is aging and that other defensive tackle spot could use an injection of youth.  Andrew Billings would be quite the injection.  The Baylor standout is a mix of power and natural leverage, able frustrate blockers in the run game while have the quickness and bull rush to squeeze the pass pocket.  With him next to Atkins, best of luck.</p>.
