Ronnie Stanley. 11. player. 35. Having collected their massive package earlier in the draft, now the Tennessee Titans get active again, jumping up in a deal with Chicago to secure sorely-needed help for their offensive line. As a unit they allowed 54 sacks on the season. That can’t continue.
Adding one of the best blockers in the country would help to solve that problem. Ronnie Stanley was more than a functional left tackle at Notre Dame. His ability to drive open running lanes while also showing the athleticism and discipline to handle pass rushers on the edges shows he’s a complete player. Marcus Mariota needs security. Paring Stanley with Taylor Lewan is a great way to get it.
.
