This If this past year proved anything for the Bears, it’s that nothing is settled at wide receiver.  Alshon Jeffery, Kevin White, Eddie Royal and Marquess Wilson were their top four on the depth.  All missed time with injury problems, leaving Cutler out to dry a number of times.  So there is no shame in adding another body to the position who can help. <p>Nothing about Jordan Payton stood out as “special” during his time at UCLA.  That said, he did establish a reputation for being dependable.  Any time his team needed a catch for a first down or to keep a drive going, he seemed to be the guy they always looked for.  He’s got good size, steady hands and knows how to get himself open.</p>.
