Time has shown that Bears GM Ryan Pace loves players who are hard workers and leaders on the field.  Players who provide as example to follow for their teammates.  Carl Nassib is that kind of player, and the fact he plays a position of considerable need at defensive end only makes it an easier pick. <p>Nassib has really come on in 2015.  His relentless motor, size and strength allow him to routinely beat blockers and harass the quarterback while not giving much ground in the running game.  He’s not a top tier athlete, but he’s better than some think and continues to get better.  He has the frame to add more weight and become a two-way threat in their 3-4 scheme at end.</p>.
