Watching the playoffs and recounting their own season will get the Chicago Bears motivated for the 2016 NFL draft. They’ll have nine picks to dabble with and a real chance to improve their roster for a possible run next season, health permitting. How do they decide to attack this time?

1st Round

Myles Jack. 1. player. 57. Inside linebacker was unquestionably a weak point in the Bears defense all season. No matter who they tried, they just weren’t making enough plays, be it against the run or in coverage. This team needs somebody with the athleticism, speed and instinct to make things happen.
That is what Myles Jack does. Some might frown at his slightly undersized body (6’1″) but there is no mistaking his skill. He tackles well, has the range to chase down any ball carrier from sideline to sideline and might be even better in coverage, able to hang with tight ends and running backs easily. It won’t take long for him to win over Vic Fangio and that coaching staff.
. LB. UCLA
