Tyler Lockett, WR/RS, Seahawks (3rd round, 69th overall) From the first time he stepped foot on an NFL field this preseason (a game against the Denver Broncos) it was abundantly clear that Tyler Lockett was one of the best values in this past NFL draft as a third round pick. He is an absolute blur in the open field and one of the most instinctive kick and punt returners in the league. Lockett, in addition to being a great returner, is a really good receiver. He’s provided the Seahawks an important offensive threat but not just deep downfield. Lockett is also a very good receiver over the middle of the field. And then there’s this…
