Jimmy Graham trade hurts the Saints right away
Drew Brees was not happy at all when the New Orleans Saints made the blockbuster move to trade Jimmy Graham to Seattle. While the salary cap reasoning was sound, it was felt the team was losing not only a star but one of the critical components to their offense.
It didn’t take long to sense his absence as the Saints felt it over and over again in their loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Four times they made it into the red zone and were only able to score a touchdown. The other tree times they had to settle for field goals. How different might it have been had the 6’6″ Graham still been in the huddle?
Saints fans certainly wonder.
