Final Record:  10-6

Their record will not reflect how good this team is this year.  The Chiefs have the hard luck of playing in a very good division as both Denver and San Diego are playoff contenders as well.  Still, their superb balance between offense and defense will be enough to earn them 10 wins and likely a wild card playoff berth.

The key will be how healthy they can stay and also how well they play within the division.  Never an easy task and it was a big reason they didn’t make the playoffs last year, going 3-3 in the West.  As referenced above, Alex Smith needs to be the catalyst to make it all happen.
