ACC

Shawn Spencer: Deshaun Watson, QB (Clemson) – The dual threat quarterback should post huge numbers if he can stay healthy. If Watson can lead Clemson to a win over Florida State on November 7th, he’ll carry a ton of momentum into the final month of the season.

Tyler Morales: Deshaun Watson, QB (Clemson) – The duel-threat Watson has a chance to put up some gaudy numbers if he stays healthy. Watson tore his ACL during his freshman campaign but is back to normal and ready to go. He has a chance to be the best college football QB this season and has all the potential in the world to be something special.

George Stockburger: Dalvin Cook, RB (Florida State) – Now the starter for the Seminoles, Cook will look to capitalize on Karlos William’s departure to the NFL. In his freshman year, Cook put up 1,000 yards and eight touchdowns. Not too shabby for a freshman.

Jonah Tuls: Deshaun Watson, QB (Clemson) – If Watson can come back healthy from his Torn ACL, Clemson is a legitimate contender for the College Football Playoff. He is, in my opinion, the best quarterback that is not eligible for the 2016 NFL Draft. His athleticism and arm strength are going to shine even more this year IF he can stay healthy. Watch out.

Matthew Holowiak: Everett Golson, QB (Florida State) – Everett Golson has talent, there is no question about that. While there were issues he was still immensely talented. Now he is on a much more talented Florida State team, on a fast track to success in his final year. If there were ever a time to take that next step, this is it.

Ryan Coon: Deshaun Watson, QB (Clemson) – Watson tore up the ACC last season before tearing his ACL. Despite playing in 8 games, and only starting 5, he threw for 1500 yards and 14 TDs and rushing for 200 more. Recovered from some nagging injuries and an ACL, he’s looking to light it up in 2015.

Sayre Bedinger: James Conner, RB (Pittsburgh) – Pitt’s James Conner is an absolute wrecking ball, but he’s really the total package at running back. He’s got a great shot at coming out as the ACC’s best player this season and a trip to New York for the Heisman ceremony.
